Information
Annie's place has been around since 1992 and is one of the longest standing Guest houses
in Durban-North. With its warm and cozy feeling guests can rest assure they will be treated to
a peacefull and pleasant stay, whether on business or vacation.

FROM THE AIRPORT +- 20 Minutes:
Take M4 towards city
Take Exit 3 (Margaret Mncadi) the old Victoria Embankment.
Travel through 5/6 traffic lights and then turn left into Stalward Simelane (M4 North)(Old Stanger Road)
As you cross the Umgeni river take Exit 3 and keep right
into Waterkant RoadTake 3rd road to your left,
Holmpark Place and find number 3, Annie’s Place.

FROM THE CITY +- 10 Minutes:
Take the M4 North (Leo Boyd Hi-way - close to the beach)
Cross the Umgeni River and take Exit 3 to your left (Waterkant Road/ Riverside Road)
Keep right into Waterkant Road.
Take 3rd road to your left Holmpark Place
and look for NO. 3 - Annie's Place, home from home!.

FROM UMHLANGA +- 8 Minutes
Take the M4 South (Leo-Boyd Highway).
Take Exit 4 to Durban North, Broadway str.
Turn left into Old Mill Way ( At Engen Petrol Station).
Take 3rd Road left into Holmpark Place.
The second house on the left, Annie's Place!.
