Annie's place has been around since 1992 and is one of the longest standing Guest houses
in Durban-North. With its warm and cozy feeling guests can rest assure they will be treated to
a peacefull and pleasant stay, whether on business or vacation.

From King Shaka Airport, +- 20 Minutes:
· Head South East on Sugarcane Road
· Turn Right onto the N2 Highway (Remember R4 toll fee!)
· Continue on N2. Take the M27 Umhloti left turn off
· Continue and Take the M4 South on-ramp towards Umhlanga
· Drive for 15 minutes. Past Umhlanga. Past La Lucia
· Look for and take the Durban North/Broadway turnoff
· Take the first Left turn - Old Mill Way
· Then take the third left turn into Holmpark Place
· Annie's Place is no.3, second house on the left

From Durban City+- 10 Minutes:
· Take the M4 North (Leo Boyd Hi-way - close to the beach)
· Cross the Umgeni River and take Exit 3 to your left   (Waterkant/Riverside Road)
· Keep right into Waterkant Road.
· Take 3rd road to your left Holmpark Place
  and look for NO. 3 - Annie's Place, home from home!.

From Umhlanga +- 8 Minutes
· Take the M4 South (Leo-Boyd Highway).
· Take Exit 4 to Durban North, Broadway str.
· Turn left into Old Mill Way ( At Engen Petrol Station).
· Take 3rd Road left into Holmpark Place.
· The second house on the left, Annie's Place!.
